Return policy

We want you to love your Sleeper purchase, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out, and that’s ok. Our support team is committed to helping you with a return or exchange of your order. All returns are a subject to a standard return fee of $9 USD.

Here are a few things to keep in mind:

Sale items

Please keep in mind that all Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

This, however, doesn’t affect a separate legal right of cancellation, available only under exceptional circumstances to consumers from the EU and UK. Contact our Customer Care team for any questions regarding this.

Return policy for bundle orders promotion:

If you bought a bundle of items with a special discount and decide to return one of them, we'll adjust the refund to reflect the original price of the item you're returning, minus any discount. To get a full refund on a bundle, just return all the items in it. We're here to help with any returns or questions you might have, so don't hesitate to reach out to our care team at care@the-sleeper.com.

Here are a few easy steps on how to exchange or return your item

To help us process your return or exchange smoothly, please ensure that your item is in its original condition, with no signs of wear, washing, or damage.

Remember to keep the paper tags attached in their original condition too, and make sure to initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving your order.

For Returns within the US:

Visit our Returns Portal to process your return, pack your order in its original SLEEPER package and send it back to us using the return label provided in returns portal.

Once we receive your original item, we'll quickly process your refund or exchange and you'll receive a notification as soon as it's done.

For Returns within the EU:

Visit our EU Returns Portal to process your return, pack your order in its original SLEEPER package and send it back to us using the return label provided in returns portal.

Once we receive your original item, we'll quickly process your refund or exchange and you'll receive a notification as soon as it's done.

For International Returns:

  1. Please get in touch with our Customer Care team at care@the-sleeper.com to get your return form and the return shipping instructions.
  2. Pack your order in original Sleeper package and send it back to us via any trackable and/or insured service of your choice, at your expense.
  3. Be sure to provide us with the tracking number for faster processing.
    Alternatively, please allow 2–3 weeks to process your return. We'll get back to you with more information on your refund or an exchange of your items.
    Keep in mind, we cannot refund an item that was sent to an address other than specified in our return instructions.

Shipping fees, duties, taxes and VAT

Please note that we cannot refund shipping and handling charges, including shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and VAT.

If you'd like to return an order for which the customs duties and handling fees haven't been cleared, keep in mind that we will have to deduct them from your refund amount.

Damaged / wrong item received

If you happen to receive a damaged or wrong item, please email us a photo of the item, along with your order number, at care@the-sleeper.com. We will take care of everything and make sure you get an exchange item as quickly as possible.

Accessories, socks & swimsuits

Please note that hairbands, sleeping masks, socks and swimsuits are not returnable or exchangeable.
